Welcome to S G L PORTAL CO. L.L.C. (“AllFinder”), a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates, having a commercial license № 1322613, operates the platform, which provides online resources including classified advertisements and listings on the website www.allfinder.ae (“Service”), and on the corresponding mobile application.

These Terms & Conditions ("T&S") govern your access to and use of the Platform and Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform and Services.

The terms "you" and "your" refer to any person or entity who uses or accesses the Platform or Services in any way, including browsing, communicating with other users, paid services, sharing listings, and advertising products and services.

By using Platform and Services you agree to comply with this T&C and any applicable guidelines, which may change at AllFinder’s discretion. It is your responsibility to review this T&C periodically. If you disagree with any part of this T&C or any changes, your only recourse is to discontinue use of the Platform and Services.

AllFinder may update this T&C at any time and may notify you of changes. In case of discrepancies between translated versions of this T&C and the English version, the English version will prevail.

This Terms & Conditions document (“T&C”) constitutes a legal agreement between you, the end user (“You”/“Your”), and S G L PORTAL CO. L.L.C.  (“AllFinder”). This T&C outlines the terms under which AllFinder offers all end users access to its Platform and Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICES CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING AND USING THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH AND BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE TERMS OUTLINED IN THIS T&C, THE PRIVACY POLICY AVAILABLE AT PRIVACY POLICY APPLICABLE TO THE WEBSITE.

This T&C is legally binding and enforceable against you. The company reserves the right to modify the terms at any time and may notify you of any changes. Your continued platform use after such modifications will indicate your acceptance of the revised T&C. If you do not agree to the terms of this T&C, please refrain from accessing or using the Platform and Services.

2. Definitions

• User: Any individual member or entity (Company) that accesses or uses this platform or services provided by AllFinder;
• Account: The account created by a User to access and use certain services offered by AllFinder;
• Content: Any information, text, graphics, photos, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Platform and Services;
• Listing: An advertisement or post created by a User for the sale of goods or services.
• Prohibited Items and services: Items that are not allowed to be sold or advertised on AllFinder, as detailed in Section 7.
• Services: The functionalities and features offered by AllFinder, including the ability to create and view Listings.
• Paid services: Services that are additionally paid by User include but is not limited to:

• Listing promotion (Premium, Featured, Mark);
• Additional listing under certain category;
• Company subscriptions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AllFinder’s Platform and Services. By using AllFinder, you accept and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these terms and to abide by all of this T&C.

4. Registration

4.1 Individual Registration

To create an account as an individual, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information including your name, contact details, and a valid email address;
• Choose a unique username and password;
• Agree to receive communications from AllFinder about your account and listings;
• Accept Terms & Conditions.

4.2 Company Registration

To create an account as a company, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete company information including the company name, contact details, and a valid email address;
• Choose a unique username and password;
• Designate a primary contact person responsible for managing the account;

• Agree to receive communications from AllFinder;
• Provide additional company documents to verify authenticity upon request of AllFinder;
• Accept Terms & Conditions.

4.3 Requirements to accounts

You agree to the following:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process;
• Maintain the security of your password;
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account;
• Our team may ask for the documents related to the owners and the company for verification purposes only.

5. Posting Listings

When creating a listing, you must

• Create an account (see section 4);
• Select an appropriate category for your item from the list of categories at the Platform and Services;
• Ensure you have a single item per listing Otherwise the ad will be rejected and you won’t be eligible for a refund;    
• Ensure your ad doesn’t include any material that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or otherwise violates any laws or regulations (refer to section 7). These listings will be rejected and you won’t not eligible for a refund;
• Ensure your listing does not infringe on any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights;
• Ensure you don’t have another listing of the same product/service. These listings will be rejected and you won’t be eligible for a refund;
• Ensure your contact details and location are correct;
• Upon creating a listing, your listing will be sent for moderation;
• Changes to your listing: if you make changes to your listing, it will be sent for moderation again. If you made a mistake in your listing and want to correct it, you may do this. However, make sure you are not changing product or service itself, otherwise your listing will be rejected and you won’t be eligible for a refund;
• Ensure you remove your listing after selling your item.

In adherence to AllFinder policies, it is imperative to select the appropriate category when creating a listing. Categories encompass a range of classifications ensuring accurate placement of items for optimal visibility and user experience.

Should an incorrect category be chosen, our system may suspend the listing to maintain the integrity of our categorization structure.

We value your cooperation in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of AllFinder’s listings.

6. Fees and Payments

• Payment Model: The platform operates on a prepaid model. The fee will be charged for the promotion of listings, subscriptions, for placing listings in certain categories and for advertising, exceeding number of free listings by Users;
• Taxes: The Fees are exclusive of all applicable taxes;
• Payment methods: You may pay the Fees through any payment options provided by AllFinder, including credit card, debit card;
• Fee Changes: AllFinder will not notify you in advance of any changes to the Fees for the services you paid via a message to the email address associated with your Account;
• Billing: AllFinder will bill you through your chosen payment method from the date you opt for the paid Services option until termination. All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing by AllFinder. If any fee is not received by the due date, it results in service termination;
• Fee Disputes: You must notify AllFinder in writing within thirty (30) days of any disputed charge. Failure to notify AllFinder within this period waives your right to dispute such amounts or refund any amounts paid.
• Advertisement fee: advertisement fees incurred during this process are non-refundable, as they support the maintenance and functionality of our platform.
• Refund for paid services: User is not eligible for refund of the paid services in cases
• User has deleted the listing earlier than expiry date of paid service;
• User has changed the listing; it was sent for moderation check and was rejected as not compliant with T&C;
• User has changed the promotion option for the listing;  
• User has terminated Account and correspondingly all associated listings and paid services;
• User can change the Company subscription to another one without a refund for the initially activated subscription.

6.1 Individuals

• Listings Promotion: Users can promote their listings through various options such as Premium, Featured, etc.;
• Additional Listings: Users must pay for more than a certain number of free listings, depending on the category;
• Paid Listings: Certain categories may require payment for listings.

6.2 Сompanies

• Paid Listings: Certain categories may require payment for listings;
• Listings Promotion: Companies can promote their ads through various options such as Premium, Featured, etc.;
• Additional Listings: Companies must pay for more than a certain number of free listings, depending on the category;
• Company Subscriptions: Companies may pay for subscriptions that include a set of number benefits;
• Advertising: Companies can also advertise on the website, including banner placement.

7. Prohibited Items

What not allowed on AllFinder:

• Illegal drugs, alcohol, substances, and paraphernalia;
• Stolen goods;
• Hazardous materials;
• Firearms and explosives;
• Personal information or mailing lists;
• Pornographic or adult material;
• Counterfeit or stolen items;
• Animals that are endangered or prohibited by law;
• Unlocked hardware and software;
• And any items that are prohibited by law in the United Arab Emirates.

Violation of this requirement will result in termination of your account without right for recovery.

8. Content and Conduct

You are responsible for all content you post. You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users;
• Violate any laws or regulations;
• Use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;

• Violation of this requirement will result in termination of your account without right for recovery.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on AllFinder, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of S G L PORTAL CO. L.L.C. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our site without our permission.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs our collection and use of personal information. By using our services, you consent to collecting and using your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

AllFinder provides the services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of AllFinder services.

Contacting Buyers or Sellers: Please be aware that while using Platform and Services, AllFinder cannot guarantee the authenticity of all users. Exercise caution and verify the legitimacy of both buyers and sellers before engaging in any transactions. AllFinder is not responsible for any fraudulent activity that may occur during communications or transactions with other users.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AllFinder, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from using AllFinder platform and services or violating these terms.

13. Termination

• Termination by AllFinder: AllFinder reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform and Services at any time without prior notice if you breach any terms of this T&C or if AllFinder) ceases to offer the Platform and Services for any reason;
• Termination by You: You may terminate your Account at any time and discontinue the use of the platform and the Services without refund of previously purchased services;
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your account your access will be limited to access of Unauthorized user. AllFinder is not liable to you or any third party for the termination of your Account or access to the Platform and Services. Upon termination, all data in your Account will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed as per the laws of the UAE. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

AllFinder is not responsible for direct or indirect consequences of a user linking to any other websites from the AllFinder platform.

AllFinder does not guarantee, represent or warrant quality of goods and services accessible via the Allfinder platform.
